About This Project

The owner of this garden wanted to reduce the size of the large herbaceous borders into smaller, more manageable planting areas, while maintaining an informal and cottage feel to the garden. The client wanted to retain the existing  curved brick path to the front door, and create a flow and journey through the front garden.

We also installed an automatic irrigation system to assist in keeping the new plants well watered over the dry hot summer. The garden included a sandstone circle, oak posts with rope swags for climbing roses and a lovely new Silver Birch Tree.
